Getting there
By train
The best way to do this is to take the train to Oberau. And from there take the bus. The Klostergasthof-Ettal bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the Hotel.
If you are travelling from Austria, take the train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and then take the bus from there.
By plane
If you are arriving by plane, you can choose between Munich, Memmingen and Innsbruck airports. Munich and Memmingen airports are both about 1,5 hours away by car. Innsbruck airport is about 1 hour’s drive from Ettal.
